OWNER’S TRAINING & CHEF MENU DEVELOPMENT

Heartland Reps now offers Owner Training and Chef Menu Development packages to assist our food service operators on the equipment brands we represent.

If you have an older piece of equipment, purchased a used piece of equipment, or you have new team members who need to be trained or re-trained on the proper operations and cleaning procedures on the brands we represent, we can assist you. We have developed a pricing program to offer extensive Owner Training or Chef Menu Development packages to assist you and your team.

OWNER’S TRAINING

Our Representative will conduct an extensive owners training covering the proper operational and cleaning procedures, including programming instructions for equipment with electronic controllers on the brands that Heartland represents.  

CHEF MENU DEVELOPMENT

Our Chef will work with your culinary team to development menu items, program equipment, and train your team members to allow them to provide the same quality, consistent menu items to your guests every time. 

PLEASE NOTE

This pricing does not include travel time, airfare, or lodging expenses (if required), those fees are separate from the hourly fee.

  • Mileage Fee is $.50 Per Mile Round Trip
  • Airfare will be billed at exact cost of fare.
  • Lodging will be billed at exact cost of lodging.

This pricing is for regular business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm (CST) Central Standard Time. We have people who can travel from St. Louis, MO, Kansas City, MO or Des Moines, IA. If your training dates are flexible, we are happy to schedule the training when our representative is already in town to avoid additional mileage charges.
